We then take the completed design and develop a construction plan to perform the actual work. This will include working with local governments to secure building permits and other approvals as needed, consulting with specialty contractors to find the appropriate resources for your specific need, work with material suppliers to locate your desired finish materials and arrange for delivery and installation.

Remodeling
Our remodeling services provide our clients a unique opportunity to work closely with Custom Craft Builders to make their remodeling plans and dreams truly come to life. Our designers have years and years of experience working with old and new construction to integrate your plans and dreams into your existing structure.
Most of our remodeling work follows the same phases as our construction work does. We work to ensure plans are created to your liking, permits and approvals are secured and construction work completed to only the utmost of standards. As always Custom Craft Builders backs all of our work to meet at least the state required warranties.
Construction Defects
Since Custom Craft Builders’ personnel have such broad and defined knowledge of residential construction, we also work to provide repairs and solutions to construction defects. We have clients who call us for the most basic of problems such as roof leaks, sometimes just looking for advice on where to start and we are happy to help out whenever we can. We also have clients with substantial construction problems caused by improper, faulty or otherwise sub-par construction work.
